Before founding ThenewB in 2025, Steve led Insurance & Transformation consulting activities in Luxembourg and Paris across several specialist firms (insurance practice leadership, transformation business-unit management), following senior roles at Deloitte (Senior Manager, Financial Services Transformation), KPMG France (Insurance Manager) and Accenture (Risk & Financial Performance Consultant).
