Steve Sérèmes
Managing Partner, ThenewB
Close to 19 years of experience supporting leading French and Luxembourg organisations on European and local financial regulatory matters, as well as on their technology, organisational and strategic transformation programmes.
Before founding ThenewB in 2025, Steve led Insurance & Transformation consulting activities in Luxembourg and Paris across several specialist firms (insurance practice leadership, transformation business-unit management), following senior roles at Deloitte (Senior Manager, Financial Services Transformation), KPMG France (Insurance Manager) and Accenture (Risk & Financial Performance Consultant).
His focus areas: direction of complex transformation programmes, Finance and Risk function transformation, regulatory implementation, design of Target Operating Models, governance, PMO and stakeholder management.
